Prep time: 10 minutes
Bake time: 16 - 18 minutes
1. Add water, followed by eggs then premix to the mixing bowl.
2. Using a paddle, mix on slow speed for 1 minute, then scrape bowl down.
3. Mix on medium speed for 4 minutes. Don't overmix!
4. Gradually add oil while mixing on slow speed for 1 minute.
5. Add your preferred ingredients to create a flavour.
5. Scale 80g (for standard muffins) or 140k (for Texas style muffins) of batter into paper lined muffin tins.
6. Bake at 180°C for 16-18 minutes.
